Are you searching quiet holidays in Loir et Cher in the middle of castles? You have find the good address. Our holiday cottage “Le cottage d’Eléonore” is a specific area, with a modern design, large space and high comfort.
Dependency totally renewed, it provides a nice stay, at 300 meters from Domaine de Chaumont. Whatever you are a family, group of friends, or for a romantic journey, come in our comfortable space, in a green property.
With a surface of 90m2, the cottage has 2 levels, one studio at ground floor, and 2 large bedrooms at first floor. This building has been totally renewed in a contemporary style, to associate modernity and authentic. It may receive 6 to 8 persons maximum. Rental includes all linen provided, water and electricity charges, cleaning twice a week.
In the cottage, you will have all comfort needed. Wifi is available for free. Air conditioning and 3 bathrooms / toilets. All bedrooms have large and very confortable beds, large flat screens.

Breakfasts can be served on demand (to order 24 hours before at least) with supplement.
You may appreciate the large garden, with the great century-old oak, and the nice pool secured and heated.
Check-in is between 17.00 and 20.00 pm, you can call us the day before for another schedule if possible.

First payment at reservation is 30% of total cost, remaining amount is due at arrival.
50% deposit if arrival is at less than 20 days. Any reservation less than 10 days will require total payment.
We accept bank transfer, credit card (by phone), Paypal, checks, cash, ANCV checks.In case of bank commission for transfer or conversion, the amount will be added to remaining amount for final payment.

Rental cost can be payed in 2 times, 50% at reservation, 50% at arrival with taxes.
Any reservation less than 10 days before arrival date involves total payment.
No penalty of cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival date. Deposit will be reimbursed by bank transfer.
50% penalty if cancellation occurs more than 10 days before arrival date.
70% penalty if cancellation occurs more than 4 days before arrival date.
90% penalty of cancellation occurs less than 4 days before arrival date.

Minimum penalty is one night cost.
